Howard Learning Assessment Services is a comprehensive diagnostic center devoted to the evaluation of attention, learning and memory and other neurocognitive disorders in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Scott A. Howard, Director, Psy.D., Certificate of Clinical Neuropsychology

Dr. Howard is a Licensed Psychologist with a specialty in Clinical Neuropsychology, and has private practice offices in Lexington and Newburyport Massachusetts, and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He specializes in the assessment of attention, memory, language based, and non-verbal learning disorders. He has performed evaluations for many public and private schools, colleges and universities, as well as a variety of agencies and clinics serving a number of diverse clinical populations. Dr. Howard has taught at Endicott College in Beverly, MA, and also in the graduate Counseling Program at Lesley University, in Cambridge, MA. He received his undergraduate training at Hobart College, and has Master's degrees from Duke and Boston Universities. He received his Doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, and has a Certificate of Advanced Study in Clinical Neuropsychology from the Fielding Institute.
